🔥 คณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติเมื่อ 8 ก.ค. 2568
✅ นายจ้างที่ยื่นบัญชีรายชื่อแรงงานเมียนมาตั้งแต่ 13 ก.พ. 2568 ได้รับสิทธิ์
✅ ไม่ต้องรอการรับรองชื่อจากเมียนมา → ยื่นขออนุญาตทำงานได้ทันที
📌 ขยายเวลาอยู่-ทำงาน
– ระยะเวลาผ่อนผัน: 14 ส.ค. 2568 – 13 ก.พ. 2569

📝 เงื่อนไขสำคัญต้องทำก่อน
1. **ตรวจสุขภาพ + ลงทะเบียนประกัน**
– ตรวจที่สถานพยาบาลรัฐ/เอกชน
– ลงประกันสังคม หรือ ทำประกันสุขภาพแทน
2. นายจ้างยื่นขออนุญาตทำงาน ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ ภายใน 13 ธ.ค. 2568
– ค่าธรรมเนียม: ข้อเสนอ 100 บาท + ใบอนุญาต 1,800 บาท
– วางหลักประกัน 1,000 บาท/คน (ยกเว้นบริษัทที่วาง 5 ล้านแล้ว)
3. กรมการจัดหางานพิจารณาเสร็จ ภายใน 13 ม.ค. 2569
– หากอนุมัติ → ทำงานต่อได้ถึง 13 ก.พ. 2570
4. ขอวีซ่า (ตรวจลงตรา) หลังได้ใบอนุญาตทำงาน

หากไม่ยื่นขอภายใน 13 ธ.ค. 2568
แรงงานจะกลายเป็นผิดกฎหมายหลัง 13 ก.พ. 2569

1. ตรวจว่าแรงงานของคุณมีชื่อรายชื่อที่ยื่นก่อน 13 ก.พ. 2568 หรือไม่
2. ถ้ามี → ยื่นขอใบอนุญาตทำงานภายใน 13 ธ.ค. 2568
3.ตรวจสุขภาพ + ประกัน
4. ขอวีซ่า หลังได้ใบอนุญาต
